Storage

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4–5 days.
  • Stir before using, as it may thicken slightly after chilling.
  • Not suitable for freezing β€” the yoghurt can split once thawed.

  • Adobo Sauce: Replace with chipotle paste or smoked paprika for a milder version.
