5 Days of Healthy One-Pan Dinners
One-pan/pot meals are honestly my favourite way to cook: fewer dishes, a simple process, and barely any clean-up. This week’s recipes are varied and full of flavour, from coconut-poached fish to fried rice, stir-fries and a warming brothy rice. Each meal feels different, but they’re all super achievable for busy weeknights.
I also like to cook a little extra so there’s enough for lunch the next day - perfect for work or fueling up for training.
