My Day on a Plate

This is what a pretty standard day of eating looks like for me when I’m training. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about eating meals that keep me full, fuel performance, and actually taste good.

Everything here is built around the same idea: high protein, balanced carbs, and a few easy wins to keep the day consistent. These are meals I genuinely rotate through because they’re quick, satisfying, and make training (and recovery) feel easier.
