Ingredients

  • 400g Caramilk chocolate
  • 1 packet (250g) Scotch Finger biscuits, roughly sliced
  • 1 cup snakes or lollies of choice, chopped
  • 2 cups marshmallows, halved
  • 1/2 cup Rice Bubbles
  • 1/2 cup Maltesers, roughly crushed
  • 1/4 cup M&M’s (for topping)

Directions

  1. Line a square baking tin (20x20cm) with baking paper, ensuring there’s some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Break up the Caramilk chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl. Melt it gently in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Scotch Finger biscuits, lollies, marshmallows, maltesers and Rice Bubbles. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and press it down to make sure it’s even. Sprinkle the Mu0026M’s on top.
  6. Place the rocky road in the fridge for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
